RMA Process & Instructions

  • A minimum of 3 pictures of item is required which must clearly display the issue.

  • Any replacements will be shipped as per the original order # noted on the RMA form unless otherwise specified in the Comments section.

  • Upon submission of the RMA Request Form, you will be emailed an official RMA number.  You will be notified whether items will need to be returned and where to send them.

  • Return freight cost will be the responsibility of the customer unless otherwise specified.

  • Return to stock items will incur a 15% restocking fee.

  • Return Items must be adequately packaged as to ensure arrival in good condition.

  • Once SECO receives the products, they will be inspected, If SECO finds that the items returned do not qualify for return, any credits issued may be reversed.
